• Appropriate access for delivery

The customer should verify product dimensions before delivery.

Onyx Spas is not responsible for costs resulting from insufficient access, an unsuitable foundation or incorrect site preparation unless we have expressly agreed in writing to provide those services.

Electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician and must comply with applicable local electrical codes and regulations.

The customer is responsible for confirming:

• Circuit capacity
• Breaker requirements

• RCD/GFCI protection

Damage resulting from incorrect electrical supply, unauthorized modification or improper installation may not be covered by warranty.
